Pros

There is pretty good camaraderie in the office. Most people are team players and celebrate the success of others. If you happen to be placed into a lucrative part of the market, and on the right team, there is potential to make decent money.

Cons

It feels like middle school. Management is far too strict enforcing arbitrary rules. Huge disparity in pay. There are two people in the office who make the kind of money the company likes to tell their recruits about ($500k+), but the moderately successful make close to 60k. Most consultants don't make more than 40k. Recruiters will never make more than that.

Pros

There are none! You even have to wait a month before being paid!!!! (The whole point in Contracting through a agent is to be paid weekly!)

Cons

Not enough space to write! Underhanded, rip off, liers, thieving... You will be ripped off with your rates both yourself and the customer. Like all agents they do nothing for there money. When I questioned on the such big cut they took, I was talked down to that I shouldn't be asking these questions and I shouldn't be so greedy and they have a lot of things to pay for, like the company cars! (A Porsche was one of them!) They had screwed me and the customer and I went to talk, I told them that they had not represented me and I was sacking them and they threatened me with court told them to go ahead. The customer who's management I got on with very well wanted to take me on direct and they then threatened them if they did they would sue even though they had been found out how little of the rate they where paying to the contractors and why a lot of them were so disgruntled! One positive they lost the contract to supply contractors there! They arnt known as aggressive progressive for nothing! Please please take heed and stay away!

Pros

The pros were the friends you could make here

Cons

Cons would be that those friends usually left quick, this company has a high turnover rate for a reason. My whole team quit within weeks of each other including me. Our manager ignored us, the higher ups only looked at numbers and not how the teams were working together. We would have meetings constantly about how our mental health mattered and how we were important..... only to be looked down on and treated as if we were children. They made the top billers or the most productive people in the company make it seem easy and encouraged a horrible work life balance. The work especially was too much to achieve in one day plus they monitored every call you would dial and all your messages sent and emails through a specific report. All your numbers in one report where they pick you apart and criticized and looked down on you eventually causing you to work longer hours and if you gave feedback they usually shut you down. You are just another number here and they try to do diversity meetings and programs. But every meeting I’ve attended not one was ever happy, no one was ever enthusiastic, most of the time they expect you to be grateful for what they’re doing and mentioned “you have to work so hard” and “we can make more than doctors” but never asks what can we do better? in an honest way. You can’t trust your managers or anyone really. Honestly I am a grown adult and I take responsibility for working here but I absolutely regret it in so many ways.
