      Pros

      Friendly people, Relaxed environment. You’ll be working with competent people who like to problem solve, and you’ll be sad to leave them behind

      Cons

      Most people who leave the company will be making closer to industry average than any ProD employee. You’re expected to take your work with you at all times. Bad combination of an expectation of overtime and low pay.

      Pros

      Surrounded by high caliber men out in the field with a great deal of expertise in oil and gas. You will have an opportunity to learn from one of the best companies in the fleet by working with a team that knows how to succeed.

      Cons

      As the industry is very volatile, tenure is not achievable. But during downtimes the best companies keep working and Pro Directional is one of the best.

      Pros

      The work-life balance is nice. Coworkers were friendly and easy to get to know. Job requirements were very clear and there is a good culture at the company. Management is understanding and flexible.

      Cons

      Compensation package was a little lackluster. Pay was good, but other benefits were pretty mediocre. Don't expect much PTO or 401k benefits.
