      I learned what a toxic work place is.

      Cons

      Favoritism was highly apparent within the organization. Employees who were not part of the favored group were often overlooked, and there appeared to be significant pay disparities. Work-life balance was minimal, opportunities for growth were unevenly distributed, and contributions frequently went unrecognized. There was a lack of equitable treatment and career development opportunities.

      Great hours, travel, per diem, and nice hotels.

      You receive a schedule, but salary is not enough to survive. But it’s a great secondary job
