    End if the day is the best part. You going home.

    Cons

    Is not worth your time. Unless you like the following. Micromanagement No sick pay No benefits Incompetent team leaders, management and CEO. Bad kitchen and toilet facilities Canteen is a joke. Far from city Overtime without pay Poor bonus program big turnover of staff Micromanagement Micromanagement..... If you come in 30 min earlier in the morning and leave 2 mins before in the evening.... Expect senior management to question you in a 1 to 1 meeting.

    Pros

    - Working atmosphere. - No pressure. - Experience selling top level products.

    Cons

    - Managers asking for results on matters they have no clue about. - I have seen managers taking worker's business decissions as personal ofenses and acting accordingly. - Lack of transparency about the commision structure.

    Advice to Management

    Make the human touch count on your projects and adapt targets to fit those KPI's, so there is real value for the client and a fair commision structure for employees.

    Free fruits on Wednesdays to prepare yourself to cons.

    Cons

    - Firstly, the canteen is just disgusting. They do not want to spend money on facilities in order to keep the office tidy and clean. You will always find the kitchen completely dirty with plenty of dirty dishes and people will probably eat your food. - You have to clean your own desk. They don't pay for a cleaner. - Mixed and dirty toilets. Yes, men and women use the same toilets. - Noisy office - people are... constantly laughing and talking loud in the office which is tough to concentrate. - Call centre environment - The CEO does not offer free food AND eats yours. He is constantly eating food that people leave on their desks. - Payslip is always missing money, commissions, etc. They send your payslip 1 week in advance before getting paid. However, they are unable to sort it out on time. Hence, you will get the money that is missing in the following month. - Poor management focused on micromanagement. - Managers and Team Leaders have passive and submissive personalities which means that if you are not on the same page or disagree with something, they will ignore you and won't take your feedback into consideration. - No career progression opportunities. The highest position is Team Leader and they are low paid - no paid overtime. - Don't be fooled by the job title! Even though it is a sales job title, you will face with 70% of customer service issues. Customers reach out to the sales chat with technical issues, billing issues, troubleshooting, etc. You will not be able to handle their problems. - Restricted SFDC access - You won't get commissions if you renew a contract - It is an outsourcing company and everyone knows that outsourcing companies are crap. Therefore, you won't have full access to the customer account to investigate or get more details in order to sort out an issue. - The internet connection and computer are awful. We stayed for 1 week with internet connection issues unable to work. - Only 2 rooms are available in the whole office - which means that if you want to schedule a conference call with a customer, it is just not possible. Plus, they don't provide a laptop to do so. - Trainings are poor. The trainer just read through the slides and have poor product knowledge. Moreover, the trainer has a bad habit to repeat a hundred times the same phrase which is completely annoying. He defo does not have teaching skills. - My Team Leader provided training and she knew nothing about the product. - Plenty of irrelevant meetings. I have attended more than 5 meetings only in one week to approach the same topic and it is very common there. They do that to misleadingly fulfil their TL covenants. Unnecessary huddles every morning to repeat exactly the same. - Poor business model/products. - Very old fashion mindset. - Do not care about employees opinion or even feedback. - Do not apply any of their values, not even speed wins as they do not apply to what it really matters, helping their clients or staff. - Lack of credibility on the management. - EXTREME MICROMANAGEMENT (if you get 1 minute late, you MUST text your manage. Yes, 1 minute!) - The job description might add "account management" duties, but you won't have access to the client account. Therefore, it is impossible to deal with account management. - Old school system - they don't update the dashboard. Plenty of discrepancy among workflow - If you give your notice, you can't tell your colleagues that you are leaving in order to avoid influencing others to do the same. - They pick only their favourites to get a promotion - Do I need to mention "lack of transparency"? - Unpaid sick days - Extra unpaid hours - No benefits at all - Only 20 days of annual leave - The coffee machine is constantly broken - There is a restaurant in the building that we have to pay an extra euro for all products. Expensive lunches and not healthy whatsoever - The location is awful. Far out!

    Advice to Management

    Stop asking current employees to rate the company 5 stars just to raise your reputation. Focus on MACRO management. Nobody needs micromanagement Focus on progress and development Offer more benefits. Otherwise, you will constantly face huge employees rotation once the majority of tech companies in Dublin offer much more benefits and higher pay. Take into consideration a bit more what people try to say in the... office and some feedbacks from this website, and stop doing what you ban on your website.     Product2Market is a great place to work. I have been working for last 13 years in different environments with around 10 different companies and I have never feel so engage with one company as I do with P2M, is an experience to work here. amazing people, great leaders, excellent mentors. the CEO is always there and gets involve, the project managers are there constantly to help you succeed and the TLs are people... that have been in your role and got promoted so they really know how to guide you to do it each day a better job! The culture of the company and their values are based on respect, hard work and fun! most of the Fridays you get beers and wine and depending of the office that you are you will find golf or pin pom table. Regarding salary is good! and definitely targets are doable. In general I will recommend it to everyone who is looking to be stable, feel appreciated for their jobs and earn money.

    Pros

    Professionally there are plenty of opportunities to be recognized for hard work. There are also opportunities available for people outside of their role if they want to put their hand up for. Everyone gets on really well and there are plenty of nights out/ activities. They're starting to make great changes to compensation and benefits that I've seen come in in the last year or so. P2M is excellent for... anyone who doesn't have much sales experience because of the people there to help you, but I would say there are great opportunities for experienced salespeople to go in and still learn quite a lot. All of the Team Leads deserve a mention too as they are very good at what they do. Even with the rapid growth of P2M, senior management is still very close to the ground. They are always open to having a chat/meeting with any of the staff. P2M keeps on growing and getting bigger clients so the Pro's are bound to keep increasing, it's a great place for anyone to work.
