Great company with solid values. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from the entire team there. Very value-based, seeking to do the right thing and treating employees with respect, great time-off, no micromanagement.
Cons
Only con I can think of is that eventually I was ready to progress further. Given the company size, I had to look elsewhere. Would have stayed if the option to advance was available.
Awesome atmosphere, great sales people, fun production people. The owner, Jason Marsh is someone that I consider a friend. He makes himself available to employees, and he is always working and is always seemingly "on."
The sales team became very close. A bunch of competitive guys that enjoyed being around each other and never seemed to undermine one another or become a dog-eat-dog energy.
Cons
Very stressful industry. There are a lot of things that are out of your control with production quality. Many times products can't be seen before you deliver them (nature of the business). Sales people are held fiscally responsible for more things than any other position.
