Run...this is not a good work experience
Pros
Nice office, smiling receptionist and great coworkers. Ping pong.
Cons
I believed this would be a great start to my sales career. False promises. I am not afraid of hard work, but do the math. Activity stats required are UNREALISTIC and will not yield the suggested success unless a miracle happens or you are given a Lead. Revolving door. You ARE replaceable and they let you know that. The leadership is not interested in you, UNLESS, you have some success. Overtime little success is not enough, you bring a big whale in (good luck with that), then you will be admired repetitively in meetings and smiled at from the President, otherwise forget about it. To date, I have seen this happen once and you are only as good as the last fish caught. In my short time, I have seen many people walked out the door. HIGH TURNOVER. Teams are all new and always new, including managers. Cool industry-exhibits, just not an easy one. Last thing, u literally have to clock in. Be aware of a daily company wide roll call. Yes, scheduled, unscheduled, etc.! It’s very weird and trust me, it’s not for the purpose of letting others know where you are, it’s a control thing. Maybe management should ask to put our location services on! No trust. Zero perks with regards to food provided. Donuts once a month. LOW PAY- not what you expect, the reality is horrific.
