      Everything, poorly managed, people with no credentials in management positions, no sick pay, disorganised, no supervision. The worst place I have ever worked

      Administrative skills

      I feel like I learned a lot of administrative skills whilst I was working at this company which was an advantage as initially applied for the job. I thought that it would be mainly be based around the needs and care for services users but I actually gained a lot more skills outside of that through the company.

      Cons

      The management was very unorganised and whenever anything would go wrong management would pin it on their staff if given the opportunity. You had to be very careful with decisions made, you would find yourself making decisions and working more than your job role for the same Pay.
