Pros
Strong community spirit between offices around the world. Selling genuinely great training courses makes the job a lot easier. Practice what they preach in terms of efficient use of Microsoft tools which makes the job less stressful as information is easier to find, teams are more collaborative, less email interruptions, etc. The nature of the courses means remote working is promoted and doesn't have any drawbacks as everyone is working efficiently.
Cons
Need to continue to hire young talent to prepare for the future. Not necessarily a con as the people in the organisation are fantastic, but in terms of future planning.
