      Pros

      1, Domestic robotics company that's determined to bring robotics capability back to America with end to end solutions that span automous robot, robotic ARM, Vision and AI. 2, You'll be surrounded by the most mission driven, caring and talented engineers in the world and learn the cutting edge of AI meeting physical world. 3, Simple, logical and no-nonsense engineering management. If you're super logical and possess good critical thinking, they're for you. If you like warm&fuzy, they're not for you.

      It has all the cons a startup should have, imagine early days of Apple or Nvidia.

      - A number of talented employees working hard to hold things together - You won’t be bored—chaos keeps things moving - The technology itself is genuinely interesting

      Cons

      - Leadership mistakes activity for progress. It’s like working for someone who thinks shoving things under the bed is the same as actually cleaning. - Planning is basically non-existent; priorities change on a whim. - Culture: long hours are treated as baseline, and personal time is treated like theft. Burnout is the norm. - Constant customer over-promising means teams are pushed into unrealistic deadlines and brutal hours to cover leadership’s commitments.
