Pros
Challenging work that helps you improve as a real machinist, not just an operator. You get to work on a variety of parts, not just the same thing every day. Family-run business, and they’re upfront about it—lots of family and extended family work here, but they treat everyone fairly. They actually care about their employees. I had a lot of personal issues, and they showed me that I mattered and supported me through it. If you work hard and do your job, there’s room to grow and succeed.
Cons
The work can be demanding, so it’s not for someone looking for an easy job. It’s a machine shop, so things can get busy and stressful at times. Like any workplace, not every decision makes everyone happy, but overall, they try to do right by their employees. Because they are small the benefits were better elsewhere

I can't think of any right now. I thought this was going to be an amazing opportunity. but it wasn't
Cons
Real bad management. Everyone body is gossiping. Makes you feel like your in high school again. If the managers don't like you then just know you already have one foot out the door and the will fire for no reason.
