Great coworkers, cutting edge projects to change the way healthcare is delivered, unique mission driven company, great learning environment - the work develops your skills in many areas
Cons
Flat management structure, few resources for business development, it can be a challenge to find well paying projects as our clients often are under resourced
the company provides very good benefits but the HR department support is non-existant. You need to wait a week to talk to HR because there is only one employee working HR and only one day per week. the HR Director advises the organization in salaries and duties even though the director is never there to see how the organization functions. complete disconnect!
Cons
co-workers are professional and nice most of the time. Management and high directors are horrible people to work for, they create a very hostile environment and prevent the organization from achieving its goals.
