The owner and the organization are not the best.
They never pay attention if you have any concern, they will ignore you. Additionally, they don't offer vacation and any compensation for your medical insurance.
I have been trying to change my schedule for a year due to my studies and other obligations, I just needed to change the Sunday and move that shift to any other day, however my boss never paid attention and ignored my request, a month next he realized I was trying to get communication in a different area to change that shift and he threatened me with fire me. He told me: "That's your schedule and I can not change it, if you can't take it, just quit the job".
