      Pros

      Co-workers are great, free lunch on Saturdays, it's very laid back, come and go as you please, HR free zone

      Cons

      Work so hard and keep adding more duties to your job title for a pay plan that is impossible to make money on. Overstaff so that no one even has a chance to make commission.

      Great Customers Friendly employees Free lunch on Saturdays

      Cons

      Family run and family favored. Only the favorites get promoted and paid more.. CEO caters to family. You could work here for years and still make the same pay.. they’ll just tell you to sell more to get an higher bonus in a struggling industry. False Hope. Only the company favorites have a work life balance.
