Easy work, same thing every day, helping women and most staff care.
Cons
Unprofessional staff members and doctor complains a lot and he is negative. Staff boss each other around doing what they want. Favoritism.

The most progressive, fly your freak flag employer I have ever encountered. The staff have a shared commitment to patients and mission. Positive work environment. Commitment to diversity, inclusion, respect, and empathy. Great health benefits. Preterm is well-respected in the community.
Cons
Getting yelled at by protestors on your way in to work every day. Technology platforms and use not up to date.
