- I watched the leadership at PE make no real effort to support employees making serious claims regarding sexual harassment/assault.
- I watched them threaten fellow employee's security clearances for fabricated reasons.
- Terrible communication between PE, contractor, and the government client.
- PE leadership is extremely deceptive regarding salaries, bonuses, and work locations.
- Grossly underpay employees in comparison to similar contracts. Even the sub-contract companies pay better than PE does, when PE is the prime.
- Regular talk of PE losing the contract, creating an environment of uncertainty regarding employment security.
Bottom line, it is a terrible company, that aims to squeeze what they can out of employees, for as long as they can. If you feel so inclined to work on one of their contracts, I recommend looking for a sub-contractor (if they are the prime). Other than that, just wait for better employment opportunities. I personally do not believe risking one's clearance, sanity, and dignity is worth whatever this company is offering.
