      Pros

      Management is amazing, pay is even better! You get an amazing experience working in sales while being a student and balancing school, if you work hard then it really shows and you can make a sweet bonus.

      Cons

      working with a partner could be stressful if they aren't as motivated as you, but I haven't had that problem because they usually hire great people
