      Pros

      Salary is very good. It is not comparable with other companies as this company is very small. Benefits - healthcare are good.

      Cons

      Company is managed by retired military. There are no professional growth opportunities or career advancement. Information and communication sharing is obsolete. Job performance feedback is a joke because it is ultimately decided by someone that doesn't work with you and not the client. Management lack adequate leadership skills. Work life balance, they think that the company is your life.

      Pros

      They are positive and supportive, at least while you work there. If you quit, you may not ever get a call to acknowledge you even worked there.

      Cons

      I left because I can't stand all day on hard concrete flooring at Sam's Club. You're also not allowed to drink while on the floor (Sam's rules) and I felt so tired at the end of the day! I also felt like the quota is unrealistic. This may leave you in the lower levels forever, my guess. Wasn't there long enough to learn about the money you can potentially make.

      Pros

      Pay is good as is the benefits offered. My manager keeps in close touch with my team and is always ready to listen and follow up. The company is really growing and that is a good sign in today's market. I work with a talented team and the people in the corporate office are very caring and willing to help at any time...even after hours.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons to working here.
