Pros
Probably a dream job for the wealthier/upper middle class. Mostly white and mostly conservative. If you fall in these categories they will LOVE you.
Cons
Cliquey from top to bottom. Management is the worst and will make you feel like an outsider. Woman in charge of accounting is a huge gossiper and will complain about you the moment you turn your back. Out of touch with real people and extremely poor communication. Literally didn't have a consistent HR department (For a company of well over 100 people) for YEARS. It was ridiculous. Very exclusive and virtually zero diversity. One of the owners (The little guy) is a bizarro version of Patrick Bateman- quick to freak out and explode at any moment. Biggest red flag is the turnover rate. It's absolutely insane how many people are hired and quit or get fired after only a few months. My advice: You can find a much better company if you are interested in commercial general contracting and will hopefully be treated with the respect PREMIER lacks for their employees.
