      1.Commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance 2.Being an employee and good performing recruiter of the organisation i never faced that there is a traget pressure here but if you are a non performer you may give an name of target pressure. 3.None of the recruiters are embaraased or humililated in front of any seniors or management. 4.I do recommend to join our team and organisation to get more proffessional and a good performer recruiter specailly you can achieve this being with Sabna Ma'am or Afzal Sir or Pratima Ma'am or Suraj Sir teams or any of the leads in our organisation
