No structure Incapable of keeping decent people due to the nature of the so called fast paced business No budget for ANYTHING(very difficult when you need decent hardware to do your job) Hard work is not rewarded No salary increments Unclear goals as the target will shift constantly

I had worked in large software companies prior to joining Documatics/ PE and so the start-up culture, constant changing of priority, lack of process and structure were my main bug bears. Team learn to keep their head down and not question management ( CEO Dave Boland) or they will be next to get the axe. A few brutal resignations that were prompted by management push. I learned a lot about self preservation, and my own ability to withstand harsh and unreasonable conditions during my time in PE. I would only recommend this company to anyone who is struggling to get experience in the tech sector.
