Unsupported, money hungry, no patient care just get them in the door, fill the theatre lists up and make it look good with figures , penalised for raising issues or problems , no one addresses any problems , no confidentiality , too many managers , no back up for the staff , waste money on things then say we aren’t making profit ……

Toxic work environment, absolutely no discipline, upper management is less than useless.
