- Good colleagues - Excellent plans (e.g. healthcare benefits)

Cons

- Poor management from the above levels. - Because of the above, not too many decisions when it comes to software were taken.

Pros

Competitive salary for the market. Remote-first flexibility. Some colleagues are professional and collaborative

Cons

Leadership lacks vision and accountability. Goals change frequently, or don’t exist at all. No onboarding or offboarding process. Sudden contract terminations with no feedback or performance review. Culture of mistrust. Managers fixate on internal gossip instead of delivering results. Feedback mechanisms exist in name only — employees who speak up may face retaliation. No structured career path or skill development support. Promotions are rare and typically not tied to performance. Poor collaboration between the Greek branch and global leadership. Decision-making is opaque and inconsistent. People with technical knowledge are routinely ignored or micromanaged. Morale is low, turnover is high.
