Pros

- Fun events / perks due to numerous vendor connections (if your workload permits it) - lots of vendor lunches and dinners (if your workload permits it) - small company, part of a large company (Dentsu Aegis Network)

Cons

- just about everything - the WORST management I’ve ever experienced ranging from the Associate Director level all the way to CEO - TERRIBLE hours.. they don’t care about the employees at all - manipulative liars are running the company / teams - no one truly listens or cares about the people or issues that are within the company - no true mobility - low salaries - lots of he said she said - very cliquey - people speak to each other terribly .. no professionalism what so ever
