Business outlook
Pros
Remote work and friendly coworkers from all different countries. Work most based on fun music apps . Reasonable paid vacation days. As a amateur musician I quickly get to hang out with professional musicians in the company.
Cons
Low pay, often work on holidays , no career path, employees not valued. Boss direction is moody and fastest resource turnaround, futile layoffs on monthly basis. 2 best employees admired by all colleagues fired for disagreeing with boss and he promoted a new comer in spite to diminish previous model employee achievements, employees working in fear. I was let go for not achieving goals they forced direction on and not allowed propositions. Reason why many quit.
