Pros

Most of the managers I have met across speaking with several teams have all been great and definitely up to VP level as well in Ireland. Really nice people around. Decent health insurance. Open to remote/hybrid

Cons

SLT seem very detached from the experience for employees. Multiple rounds of layoffs. Consistently disregarding employees for 'profitability' No job security. Consistent downward trend in EX. It was a good product but has been starting to fail due to unpleasant working conditions and layoffs. While the role is remote/hybrid the CEO has made troubling remarks making it seem like they want to mandate the RTO. Chief People Officer has overseen the biggest downturn in EX I have seen since joining the company and consistently passes the blame to employees for not going to EAP when they mention not being happy at work.

Starting to get disillusioned

Pros

The people, the people, the people - great bunch of colleagues The CEO is very genuine The company proactively gathers feedback from employees A successful company, growing fast - no doubt about that and it's exciting to be part of it

Cons

In some departments, the wrong people are managing areas for the wrong reasons - based on relationships, not abilities - and there's some of that at the top also Some of the time initiatives are half rolled out and then sort of die a death - and then the next shiny new initiative is announced to great fanfare but it's hard to get on board with it because a lot of the time there's a lack of substance behind them. It can be chaotic and at times you can only get what or who you need if you shout the loudest rather than by priority and that's frustrating.

Pros

Some excellent people Genuine interest in their employees Strives hard to do better

Cons

Some of the most mediocre people in key roles I have ever come across Over reliance on a dated product Their analytics product is poor - looks great but doesn't provide any real insights CEO doesn't pay attention to meaningful feedback
