I worked for this company for many years and quit because they finally pulled the final straw. I started as a lifeguard and worked my way up through the company till I was part of management. The lifeguards and other employees are very nice and hard working, but the upper management is brutal. It hires a lot of young employees (16 years -25 years old) and they bring the hammer down on them for everything, even if it isn't their fault. Sometimes things break and it is not always the employees fault, yet management is quick to throw blame and fire good employees (thus creating a lot of stress for managers and other employees). They pay is very low, as a pool manager I made less than my friends who work at McDonalds. In addition I constantly worked over 40 hours a week and they refused to pay overtime because "I am a seasonal employee and just because I work 60 hours doesn't mean I deserve anything"...In most cases not even a thank you. I would not recommend this company, the only bright side is that HR is very nice and tries very hard to make up for the terrible management.
