      It's no Plantronics

      Pros

      Very few currently. Integration with Polycom has been very challenging. Plantronics was a fantastic place to work, sadly Poly is not. There are still some great people in the organisation but it is all so disjointed now.

      Great team environment and collaboration. Strong level of communication throughout the business and transparency. Good rewards and recognition for effort and achievements. Fantastic technology allowing you to do your best work from any location. Inclusion and diversity truly exists in our business making it a great place to work.
