Pros
The president is nice and mission/value-based. All positions can be fulfilled remotely.
Cons
Be prepared to work in a super chaotic and unorganized work environment. There is minimal support amongst different divisions and unrealistic deadlines/workloads. You will not have a work-life balance and the majority of staff are constantly working after-hours and over the weekend. Many team members complain of micromanagement and a frustrating work environment. The organization previously earned an award for one of the best places to work but that has gone downhill and there is a reason they have not earned this award again. Understaffed and underpaid for all levels (including leadership). High turnover rates. Low morale. Mediocre benefits. Lack of diversity - especially in leadership. Lack of organization and SOPs.
