      You wont get anywhere unless you know Russian, I think they just employ Irish based staff to make up their numbers for having head office here. There is no real interest in progression for Irish workers and they don't seem to fully understand Irish work laws as HR issues are dealt with by Russian based workers

      the marketing department is the main one and everything that works in advertising goes into the product. Because of this - product dev is a chaos People are fired regularly. Irregular schedule due to heavy workloads
