Pros

Working with plants! Creating a relationship with clients that are happy with the company, even after the company lets them down time after time.

Cons

Poor managers and management style. Management expects you to do their job for them. Low wages, no bonuses, no pay increase, terrible amount of PTO allowance. Lots of gossip about headquarters talking down upon their employees. No possible way for growth within the company unless you're friends with San Antonio owners. Hostile working environment. The list goes on and on... I am going to quit coming the end of the year.

Flexible schedule. Commission. Entry level with ability to move up. Design aspect is fun. Base plus commission. Work with top clients

Cons

Long hours . Large sales goals. No corporate presence. Blackout dates during holidays. No follow through from management. Expected to work late and weekends.

Great people. Loved the business model and the work.

Cons

Management not following through on concerns. NO TRAINING PROGRAM! Managers are either looking over your shoulder constantly or they are no where to be found when you need them. To many meeting that consisted of nothing getting accomplished.
