Pros

- Knowledgeable consultation team, providing valuable insights and guidance. - Flexibility in making your own schedule, offering great work-life balance.

Cons

- Some consultants did not provide necessary training for Behavior Interventionists, leaving us to figure out how to implement interventions independently. - Despite being with the company for 1.8 months, I had to repeatedly remind the regional manager about my yearly evaluation. Although it was eventually completed, the documents were never forwarded to HR despite numerous follow-ups. - You really need to advocate for yourself to get things done within the company.
