      Not bad, but should be more

      Pros

      We do a lot at our sites including injury prevention, treatment, Ergo assessments, documentation, BAT and UDS Testing, Teaching first responder classes, etc.

      Cons

      Tasks can change based on your job tasks. You basically have two full time jobs, at your client site and doing work for Pivot OSI like joining committees. If you don't its frowned upon. Employees who arent willing to answer calls or emails on the weekend are look down on.

      Pros

      Good if you an independent worker, like projects, work with various stakeholders as a people person, follow directions from management. If you like these things this company will make it happen.

      Cons

      Not really open to new ideas, don't always appreciate those you take the initiative, one employee may get relied on a lot, overwhelming nature of work. If you like these things this company may break you.

      - Job is low stress - Get to see different parts of the city - Managers/ Supervisors are flexible and easy to work with

      Cons

      - Communication: they can be slow to respond to you at times - Sometimes they will say they will do something but never get it done, and the slow communication makes everything worse.
