- Everyone on the team is there for a reason. Most people are senior and above and everyone gets a fair share of responsibility and accountability. - The communication and attitude is calm and kind first. After more than a year at Pitch, I can hardly remember anyone raising their voice or being moody. - The compensation is fair and competitive, with a generous ESOP plan on top. - The company is remote-first (now in more than 30 countries), but there are still incentives for teams to meet in person twice a year and the whole company gathers once a year. - We’re building a product that literally makes peoples lives better.
