      Pros

      Pingboard is an awesome place to work. Everyone on the team is genuine. They just had a change in CEO and the new one is great. Has such a great vision for the company and is a down to earth, nice person. Which I feel like is undervalued today. Work-life balance is top notch. Transparency is a reality. Fully remote, but very engaged employees make it feel more connected.

      Cons

      There's been steady growth, but on the slow-ish side. Up to this point I would say it has been a "con" but right now is a tipping point, and everyone feels it.

      Pros

      This has been the best company I've worked for! At Pingboard, everyone from your co-workers to leadership cares about your well-being and growth. There's lots of communication, transparency and high-morale. Also, the benefits are top notch and the product is interesting. You won't regret your time working here!
