The medical benefits, holidays, and such are wonderful. It is easy to get hired because they don't do any knowledge or proficiency-based testing.

Cons

Inter and intradepartmental communication is consistently lacking, which negatively impacts overall efficiency. Leadership appears to favor keeping responsibilities siloed, resulting in fragmented workflows and avoidable bottlenecks. Rather than fostering collaboration, departments often operate in isolation, making it difficult to streamline processes or align on shared goals.
