Pros

Always same work schedule; Bank holiday payment; A month of holidays per year ; Overtime job; 1,5x for overtime job; Good and cheap food in canteen;When it's holiday season, there's a festive atmosphere, decorations, and Christmas presents.

Cons

Bad managers and supervisors; racism from supervisors ; All managers, team leaders, supervisors unable to work with people; low pay for hard jobs; no any point to stay on the hard positions; There is no possibility of transferring to another department, even if you have been bullied by management.
