      very bad and toxic company

      Pros

      almost nothing. avoid at all costs.

      Cons

      executives and management have very big salaries while the rest of us are left to rot with barely what counts as a salary for the work done. not to mention nepotism is very present in this company. Also, imagine letting a COO like dean cook sleep with one of the employees when he already has a family??

      work with technology and some good people

      Constantly breaks promises Toxic bosses Dean Cook is a piece of nasty work who dehumanized the employees, and he was COO or CFO the CEO Shawn Sicard isnt any better, hes narcicistic poor working conditions horrible, un-competitive pay. bad management not supporting employees Sales department have a much, MUCH higher salary and almost dont work. i guess it helps when one of the salesmen are closely related to the CEO.

      Constant fear with the owners. You could always tell what mode the eco was in just by how he walked in the building.

      Always fearful of being excused of for something.
