Pros
Large and well resourced with a leadership that takes a long term view of the world and the business.
Cons
Like all large scale organisations there are politics. Not speaking french can leave you feeling like an outsider if you are interacting with head office.

Pros
Good salary, and low stress. Also a lot of really good people who aren't challenged.
Cons
No ambition, poor technology stack and leadership. No decisions want to be made since upper levels are scared of losing their jobs by changing anything. If you want somewhere to go where you'll never be challenged, and you don't want to challenge anyone, go here :)
