Less than optimal pay for fresh grads

Let's be honest, it's a golden cage ("une cage dorée"), and for most people it takes leaving to realize just how toxic and sterile a culture it really is. Most managers are too busy covering their backsides or competing with their own colleagues for resources (or the boss's attention) to pay any attention to developing their teams. And the meetings, the endless meetings... All of which is not to say that it's a bad place - just that it isn't nearly as special or different as it thinks it is. As you walk away, you can almost feel the smugness dropping away from you...

Apart from slow technological development, no additional disadvantage

WFH can be limite to once a week depending in which département you work in
