      Pros

      Its the best organisation for them who wants to learn Third Class Politics from Highly perishable third class people in management. Good to make illegal money like Government Officers. Good for them who love travelling all over India free of cost. Opportunity to learn new and fresh abuses ( Gaali ) from various clients who gives us.

      Cons

      Growth is fully depend on only one factor that is "Flattering" ( Chaaploosi ). Working in unplanned and illogical manner. No use of Innovative Ideas and Suggetions of Talented Employee.

      the people!! lovely family atmosphere, one site, everyone knows everyone and that makes collaboration much easier than in some companies ive worked for.

      Cons

      rubbish pay at lower levels, company politics, limited management capability, high turnover, restructures which leave people feeling unvalued
