You didn't have to try to SELL things to callers. I liked that you were just taking inbound calls from people who WANTED to order a specific product.
You work mostly with other college aged students. Also, it was nice because during times when the phone calls where not coming in, you were allowed to read a book or do whatever else you wanted to do.
Cons
If you want to work more than part-time, it may be difficult to get the amount of hours to do so.
