Pros

1. They have a nice office space. 2. There is some potential for career growth if you are starting at an entry level position.

Cons

1. While I was there, they incorporated an employment contract that includes positive benefits (maternity leave, tuition reimbursement etc.) as well as several questionable provisions, including paying a significant portion of your salary back if you leave at any time with less than a 30 day notice (90 days during the last quarter of the year) and that must be signed in order to be eligible for their benefits package. The terms of the contract are also confusing and designed to put the employee at a disadvantage. This contract was their attempt to address high turnover among employees and losing community managers to other community management companies in the area that pay better. I do not know if it is still in place and do not know if they are enforcing it. . 2. They maintain several questionable business practices, including auto enrolling clients in services (maintenance and insurance) without letting them know it is happening, as well as overcharging for their services and only refunding the difference if the client asks about the charges. 3. The work environment is often toxic, with management keeping information from employees (such as other employees putting in notice to leave). I believe this is an attempt to control what is happening in the company, but the culture of secrecy is overall very negative. 4. They tend to throw new managers into the field with very little training or support and the portfolios are large.

Pros

I've tried to objectively think of positives about this company and honestly there is NOTHING I like except for the time I DON'T have to work which is on weekends (managers are not on call), all holiday federals there is time off including federal Holidays and the work from home program.

Cons

This has been the absolute worst experience of my career. Have you read the Yelp reviews on this place? I have to say I used to think Yelp was a place people went to moan and grown when something hasn't gone their way. Boy was I wrong. 95% of the Yelp reviews are accurate. This place forces their employees to sign a 20 page contract because the turn over is so high they MAKE you commit to working there 3 years. Community Manager are not appreciated . In fact in this company managers are on the bottom of the totem pole because property management is not how the company makes money. No the money is made by poorly providing snow removal, landscaping, insurance, telephone services, carpet cleaning - that's right folks Phoenix is in the ancillary services business the management arm is solely to obtain customers for their fledgling ancillary services business. Maybe if the all Hispanic maintenance staff had proper training and made more than $10/hr the results of these services would have a better outcome. Did I mention they auto enroll Associations in their ancillary services and the Associations have to OPT OUT?!When estute Board figures out the ancillary service auto enrollment and ask for a credit God be with them obtaining that credit. The work loads are unmanageable and the proud Veteran CEO, ha! doesn't care nor do the minions he employs to do his bidding. this week they tried to keep secret that management hadn't paid the crappy United Health care insurance premium so as I write this we all are currently uninsured. If you want to make $50K in a company where your supervisors, are a joke, have no property management experience rather they we're appointed to their position but they took permanent residence in the CEO'S rear end, you are encouraged to lie, you have an unmanageable portfolio, the team in house works again your efforts to provide great customer service, your support is an untrained but well meaning maintenance staff, the CEO repeats his mantra at the top of each meeting (of which they have way too many) as if he says it enough you'll rock with his BS and brainwash you into not seeing what the company is really about by all means come to Phoenix. I can go on for days writing about all the issues with this place. I give them 5 years before they are sued out of existence or black balled out of the industry if they don't stop operating in their current matter, justifying their shady, underhanded, morally questionable business practices hiding behind the fine print of the Management Contract. If you care about people, your career and reputation and want to be compensated fairly for your experience run for the hills, do not pass go, vamanos.... well you get the point.

Pros

You get all federal holidays off. Some of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

Employees are not trusted by management or treated like adults. They watch over you like hawks and micromanage you. It creates a bad office environment. I was asked to lie by management on numerous occasions. I feel this company is more of a vendor provider firm than a property management firm.
