Turn over is constant. Management is horrible. The only people that sucede are the apple polisher and praise management even if you don’t think is in the best interest for the company. The owner constantly make emocional changes. The benefits have been decaying. Almost unreachable goals with a leader that does not work for it. And if you quit they Will not speak kindly of that former employee no matter who they were.

This is a company with great potential however they have to make big changes in order to get where they want to be. I worked with them for a few years as an internal employee and they micromanage their employees. They don't listen to employees advice and feedback of things happening around. They are always suspicious of their employees and don't trust them (at leat the internal staff). Everything there is a secret and only the "inner circle" are aware of what is happening. They have some "superstars" employees who got their promotion without any merits. They promote the people on the wrong time. Bottom line of my feedback is Micromanage
