Pros

I am Test Automation/Software Developer (Java, Kotlin, NodeJS) - really very high salary and benefits - modern approaches to web/services development, - modern and the newest technologies and tools are used - friendly team - as an Employer, Nexign really cares of its employeers: work from home any time you need, great variaty of services and options, meet-ups, opportunities to participate in different activities, change project etc...

Cons

- lack of corporate events (except NY party): no team buildings, no summer party , no informal events, celebrations comparing to Foreign IT companies This is because of a huge amount of staff - New office located at Vasileostrovskii island is to tell the truth awful....Open space, more than 50 peaople in one room, no particitons wall/barrier between people, you neighbor sits arm-to-arm , too close to you, and particularly me was very lucky to sit beside the stairs where the cool wind streams merging with the open windows streams are passing near by back. I preferred to work from home as mucch as possible. REquests to supply workspace with any needed equipment are suspended, nothing happens The ditrict where office is located is awful. It is not historical center of the island. It's just industry zone with scary and unleasant semi-destroyed buildings. It takes up to 15 (summer) and up to 20 minutes to get to your work place from subway statiocs (Sportivnaya, Vasileostrovskays)

Pros

good salary, good team, good conditions, a lot of business trips in Russia, CIS and abroad, good fringe benefits, good office location and provision, educational programs and trainings, possibility of growth.

Cons

obsolete business processes, lack of innovations, old-fashioned IT infrastructure, lack of strategy, unique selling point, monstrous and clumsy products, dependance from Megafon, very high product price.
