Women should avoid this company at all cost. Harassment is real here. Depending on the dealership you end up at, you could have a manager that has a short fuse. He will constantly watch over you and micromanage. His people skills are horrible. Some of the managers can be racist and sexist as well. They will judge people by the cars they drive and look at. The dealership will always make more money, and your commission will be light. Want to go on the salary route, be careful as they like to cut that as well. Overall I'd avoid the place. The co-owner doesn't like to pay the sales guys. If finance makes a mistake, or a manager - it all of a sudden becomes the salesmen's fault.
