      Flexible working High quality training Great management and individuals

      Cons

      Flexible contract (own choice) so you can have some weeks with very little hours. Lazy staff who are not managed or coached enough to improve.

      My manager is great and always does their best to meet everyone’s needs

      The company don’t seem to understand what work is actually done, and police’s definitely don’t reflect this
