The company are just out to make money dont care about you or their customers. The management come in tell you that we are not making enough money in their range rovers, porsches etc and dont talk to you just look at you like your a piece of dirt unless your Chesterfield they dont care. Rather than see what went wrong its who can it be blamed on. Their people first is a joke it's just Perry's first I honestly hope they go bankrupt ripping customers off time and time again and treating staff like crap unless they are from their beloved Chesterfield. Please do not waste your time with this joke of a company with no direction go elsewhere the motor trade is bad enough dont do it. Also the longer you work for them the worse you get treated you get stitched up with diagnostic work while the other useless members off staff get a better hourly rate and all the service work. I will never go back I'd rather be on the streets. And if you have a family bereavement you are literally made to feel like your wrong for having time of from which they wont pay I'm sure if you had a serious medical condition they would discipline you on your death bed they are a company with no personal touch and will not support you so please do not ever consider working for this joke of a company you will regret it

Personally I feel that the company is very far behind the times. This is largely due to it being run by old men in suits. The company has a reputation within to promote/hire their friends into management positions even when you know that person isnt capable/intelligent enough to take on that role. Then they wonder why some areas of the company are in a mess. The company also has a Contact Centre and there is too much in-fighting between them and the dealerships. To be honest, I dont think the managers higher up know how to truly stop it. Not much scope for a career path. If thats what you're looking for I would suggest finding a different company. You do not get much recognition for a job well done within the company but they are extremely quick at picking up when you have done something wrong.
