Pros

Taught me everything I never want to see again in work place

Cons

This is a seriously flawed company. The bullying issue is endemic with a complete lack of accountability from senior leaders. Progression is based on nothing but personal preference and the “mission led” values are comical. It is offensive that this firm claims to care about diversity and values. The research team’s leadership is toxic. Such individuals are only out for themselves and let their personal views cloud their compassion and empathy. They have views on the role of researcher despite not ever having carried out the researcher role at Perrett Laver. It has a blame culture that starts from day one and pits all employees against each other. HR sits back on almost everything and actively decides when to protect someone or cover up significant errors. All the money goes to senior leadership with minimal investment in the wellbeing of junior members of staff. I’ve seen multiple cases of employees being reduced to worried wrecks who choose unemployment over continuing at Perrett Laver. There is no respect for mental wellbeing. I would really really recommend against this place. Even the people who remain are only there because they can “tolerate” it
