Pros

The pay was decent compared to most jobs in the area.

Cons

Where do I even start? Outside of the pay, this company should be closed down and NEVER opened again. I worked in the ISG department and my God only two people kept me there longer than I should have stayed. Employees are not recognized for the work they do. Instead, management piles more work onto you with no appreciation to follow. JOKEEEEEE

Pros

-Uncapped commissions -Ability to work from anywhere

Cons

-Favoritism towards people with tenure for advancement rather than skill set -Directive from management changed on a weekly basis (running from one fire to the next) -Company preferred to be re-active rather than pro-active -Company pinched pennies in anyway possible (cancelled internet cards for outside sales reps, left Blue Cross Blue Shield for an unheard of cut-rate insurance plan that didn't cover ANYTHING, Cut commissions, re-drew unfavorable territories, and set unrealistic quotas to prevent paying reps for consistent success/growth) -Leadership was disrespectful to employees both to their face, via email, and behind their backs -Outside reps had entirely too much workload... so much time spent doing reports and spreadsheets; preventing the ability to go out and find new business. -No work/life balance. Both customers and leadership would call you all hours of the night and weekends. -Told to travel purely to show activity, even if the trip was unnecessary

Pros

- reasonable pay - coworkers (NOT management)

Cons

- terrible training program - management not responsive to feedback - promotions are entirely based on relationships and not merit - HR is a joke - NO support for mental health. They'll say otherwise but don't believe it, read previous bullet. - family insurance is expensive ($600+ per month) - hardly any positive recognition from management - too many products being sold without enough communication or training on new items - sales is NOT sales, it's cold calling and recruiting in a call center environment that focuses more on phone stats than employee wellbeing - upper management is a bunch of good ol' boys - sales director that joked about firing people ("get it done or you're fired, *lol*") - lowkey racism/sexism in the workplace - never felt safe in my employment (was written up for talking about a review my second year)
