      Pros

      Teams are highly talented, hardworking, tighter deadlines and pressure from the leadership for faster delivery. Uses typescript for the backend and React for the frontend, AWS for the infrastructure.

      Cons

      Leadership changes the org structure frequently, product managers do not specify requirements fully before the design kickoff and sometimes finds out last minute requirements and pushes the developers to meet the same deadline with added tasks to the plan.

      Flexibility is a good thing , nothing else

      Cons

      This company suffers from very poor management and unstable leadership. There have been frequent CEO changes, which creates confusion and a lack of clear direction. Layoffs happen regularly, every few months so there is no real sense of job security or stability. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a stable and supportive work environment! Stay away
